Terms and Conditions
'We/Us' and 'RCP Image Library' means the Royal College of Physicians Image Library.

'User' and 'You' means a member of staff at the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).

'Image(s)' means digital assets held in the RCP Image Library.

Supply of images
The images can be used for any RCP-related project – both printed and online (including reports, flyers and other printed materials, PowerPoint presentations, the RCP website and e-bulletins).

Images are not licensed for personal use.

Images must not be supplied to a third party person or organisation.

Images should not be altered or manipulated, added to, or have any part deleted without prior permission.

The use of images is subject to approval and limited to a one-time use as specified at the time the request is submitted. Any change of use should be agreed by contacting imageservices@rcp.ac.uk before the image is used.

Restricted use: certain images may only be used in a specific context, eg images of members and fellows with their families may only be used to illustrate or promote activities relating to admission ceremonies.

Where possible, a credit line for copyright and photographer should be used. The details for credit line are supplied with the image.
